All paid plans are billed per seat (per team member). Only active team members across all your workspaces count toward your seat total. Seat counts sync automatically when you add or remove members.
Example
Pro plan ($20/seat/month) with 5 team members across 2 workspaces = 5 × $20 = $100/month. With annual billing ($16/seat/month), the same setup costs 5 × $16 = $80/month, saving $240/year.
