Features may vary by plan; we may modify or discontinue non-material aspects with reasonable notice when practicable.

You are responsible for account credentials, accurate registration information, and all activity under your account.
Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or legal risk.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the services lawfully and respectfully, and not to interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the platform.

Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing page and checkout terms. Taxes may apply where required.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled; refunds follow the policy shown at purchase.
Intellectual Property
SchedulingKit and its licensors retain all rights in the software, branding, and content we provide, subject to the limited license granted to use the service.
You retain rights in your customer data; you grant us a license solely to operate and improve the service as described in our agreements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SchedulingKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services is limited to amounts paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. Material changes will be communicated as required.
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires explicit consent.
